Mathil's ST Dreamfeather Build Question

How many people are running this, I've seen some builds posted on the poebuilds.io seems a handful of people run a variation of this build just wandering how it would fair now with the DF buffs and the popular double dip method people are using any insight from anyone using this build there is total of 6 people between HC/SC Legacy. I'll provide the links below for others to check if they'd like. The website doesn't show Permanent Leagues so I couldn't check there.
