Did you run the MTR while playing and having your issues? Your MTR isn't showing too much, although it does show a steady rise in latency as you go farther along your route. Where did you run your trace to? Did you run it to one of the POE servers?

That line ^^ is troubling and appears to be where your issues start. Your latency hasn't gone up a ton, but the jump from 7 to 21 average is where things start to get worse and the next hop continues that trend forwards.

That line is also a worry as you hit a peak latency of 754, not good. :/

I'd suggest calling your ISP, as your issue starts with the last hop in their infrastructure. They *may* be able to route your traffic a different way. Sending them a copy of the MTR could assist them as well, as the traffic that routes outside of their infrastructure is where the trouble really starts. You may want to ask to talk to a tier 2 tech to see if anything can be done on the cogent side of things.
