does this game's random seed run on a global timer??

(random number generation isnt "truly random" .. it relys on a seed number, if you play minecraft, you know, you can put in the seed like "777" and the map will always be the same if you put "777")

is this number global, and on a global timer?



me and a buddy were rolling quicksilver flasks at the same time, and got the same rolls at about the same time

i also got 2 jewels at the same time with the same rolls before



and it seems like cadiro deals all happen at about the same time ... since ive watched the value of an item during perandus league ...

and for example, it was like 2ex all day everyday, then i seen it on cadiro, and its suddenly 20c

but that could be different that simply seed, they change drop rates on the fly
