Challenge Help - Tormented Charlatan

It's been weeks and I'm still missing Charlatan Tormented Spirit. Are there specific places where he spawns more reliably?

On the wiki, it says this about Tormented Charlatan:

"

Spirit's Touch
All affected monsters apply a physical bleed effect on hit. Status icon is the same as the puncture icon

Spirit's Grip
Causes puncture on hit. Summons Purged Fluids. (Mini Blood Elemental from Lunaris 3)

Does that mean he has highest chance to spawn in Normal Lunaris Temple Level 2?

No it doesn't. There is no way to influence which spirit spawns. Just gotta find more of them.
