Sorcerer boots + orb of chance

Hello,

The item level of the white item does not matter if you are attempting to use an Orb of Chance to acquire an Unique that has a higher base item level.

Yeah, I think everyone and their spinster aunties are chancing them. The important thing is not to hope for one, just toss chances at those you find and you might get lucky one day.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

The cost ratio on chancing Sorc boots is basically "always worth it". You have 'bout the same chance of chancing Skyforth as you do of spontaneously waking up with superpowers, but if that one-in-a-billion hits it's Exalt City for you. One set of Skyforth boots can pay for virtually any single build worth building, or five or six midrange-budget builds.
