Rogue Exile keeps killing me

I hate this SOB so much, he uses a broken DOT that neither bleed or poison flasks can cure, what is the counter to this BS? I don't know his name, but he looks like one of the new ones, his attacks shoots LMP blueish projectiles.

Yeah he is pretty brutal. He uses Essence Drain which is pure chaos damage so CI or high chaos resistance can help. Otherwise try dodging those projectiles, they are pretty slow.

But seriously, I agree. A lot of the exiles die before I see them. That guy, always a great source of butthurt.

Xandro Blood drinker is also tough especially if you somehow got him in Deadly Rivalry where he gets Soul Eater and Charlatan's Grip... Have fun.

Also noticed that this guy(?) is out of line == hurts a lot more than most of the other rogue exiles. One of the reasons why I am running around with chaos resist now.
No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!
