Is there a chance to get Uniques items on Maraketh and Elite item bases?

You all know what Maraketh items are, if no here's a list

Actually asked chris a while ago about this, this was the response i got. Originally i was asking about micro-transactions, but one question led to another soo ignore the title.

Maraketh bases were explicitly excluded, but we already have a Unique Vanguard and Crystal Belt now; those would also be 'elite' bases.
