Max ES on this chest?

So..
I'm trying to figure out if this chest is worth spending some orbs on or not..
But i can't get my head around the damn item affixes and suffixes (strange that no one's done a calculator for it!:D )

Basically..how much would the maximum theoretical ES be on this chest?

Should be able to roll 83 to 100 percent or 73 to 106 (not percentage)
Both are prefixes so you'll need some luck regalling.

Should be 512 max with your current itemlevel.

Could it not additionally roll the ES+Stunrecovery mod? That would be at best another 50% increased ES...

Ok, sounds great...so alt and try to hit either base + up to 106 or precentage and hope for the best in regaling..thanks for the great answer!

with perfect prefixes, the max you'd be able to achieve is 693. the chances of that happening? very very very slim.

Prefixes & Values Needed:
Scintillating - 106 es
Dauntless - 100% increased es
Djinn's - 50% increased es, 14-15% increased stun recovery

and of course that 20% quality.
