Constant frametime spikes / fps issues

FPS Frametime and FPS generally has been so wack, I've done everything I can on my end other than buying a whole new rig which mine is medium range and I never had any issues unless in a 6 man party with abunch of shit going on. My laptop is running the game a lot more consistant which it should be but it has the exact same issue as my desktop which is strange because my desktop is amd and i've been told many times POE's engine doesn't really optimize for AMD so i'm okay with using my laptop (i7 pretty expensive gaming laptop) it can hit 350 frames and stabilizes even in town with 120 but sometimes pretty consistently throughout the day I get crazy fps spikes like it's powerpoint presentation goes from 0-2 fps. Really wanted to get into HC this league with friends and this is taking such a deterent on my gameplay experience as i've always been a hc player and have been playing quite a ridiculous amount of SC due to this not being addressed or fixed? I have 70download / 10 up and a ridiculously stable connection I shouldn't really be having any performance issues and I didn't on Breach League. I'm not seeing the issue here and would love it if you guys could shine some light on this. Even when I put my gfx to full potato on both pcs everytime I engage combat Frametime graph goes nutty. Might have to go back to playing LoL.. or CSGO not permanently just until something evolves that makes the game actually playable for me. Even if I could stabilize at 40 fps which is awful for me I hate dat fps spike, I could manage being able to see shit going on lol. Also I have only been getting these fps issues on my PC recently and during the entire breach League it ran smooth as butter unless we had some crazy APS build with a support, not sure what else to do i've done everything to optimize my computer, everything is up to date and my stuff is a little bit above medium range, It only frustates me so much as poe is a free game and my $1800 desktop can't handle it right meow :-(. Hi guys, I have à gtx 1070 and i5 6600k 16gb of ddr4, i play lots of games maxed out like BF1 and its run at 60 fps stable, but POE when I do some lake run on party or breach with my friend my fps drop below 40-30 and its horrible ... plz tell me if this gonna be fix soon or if I'm not the only one with this kind of issue ... love you guys keep your great work but plz, fix this and give me n answer !

+1 to this problem. Only started happening yesterday and I have no idea why. I have a 6700k, GTX1080, 16gb ram, running game on an SSD...so yeah.

It is every second or so a split second freeze/stutter. Makes for VERY irritating gameplay.

Agreed I want to buy the legacy supporter pack cause it looks great and I do support this game. However I don't support playing it in this current state :/.

Everytime I attack something I go to 300 ms to 5k ping and 0 fps lol. my frames is stable 120-250 running around in my hideout but everytime I combat something boom 150-5k ping :(

Here is a GIF of my framtime going over 1k ping and my fps dropping to 1 as soon as I attack something lol the latency is insane when my ping doesn't go above 53 :/. What is happening?
