"Nearby Enemies are Intimidated" on Belt of the Deceiver not working? [EDIT: is working!]

I thought you just cant see any indicator for it on monsters, but even in a duel my enemy is not getting any kind of debuff shown on him.

edit

can confirm its working, tested with a low ED in duels against someone with no regen

the radius isnt too shabby either, sadly hard to test the exact edge of it. should easily cover current eq/icecrash radius with aoe for example.

Yeah i tried twice izaro ;1 with and 1 without. There's no difference whatsoever.
Is there supposed to be any visual indicator? I think most importantly the enemy is taking 10% increased damage. I trust ggg that this is the case.

intimidate usually leaves a debuff on players atleast, often seen by beyonders

I'm a champion. Supposedly I always intimidate enemies, but I never noticed any indicators. You can try on PvP with a friend, perhaps your friend will see the buff on his screen.
i think its just an increased damage for nearby enemies by 10 percent, so you might not get an icon or be able to notice it with a small sample size.

You can tell I'm not used to testing things like this, because I was looking through item after item after skill after skill looking for the lowest variation in hit damage, when I realized... DoT skills have a constant number. Doy.

You should test by using a pure DoT, such as Caustic Arrow, Desecrate, or Contagion, and carefully time the seconds needed to kill an enemy (or friend in PvP). Make sure there are no direct hits - Caustic Arrow's actual arrow shouldn't hit your testing target.

EDIT: Now you've made me curious, and I might test it myself in a bit.
