Help ! Legacy Lightning Coil Desert Brigandine 30% P.Damage taken as Lightning Damage

Hi ! I'm newbie here. Today I just bought the Legacy Lightning Coil Armor In Legacy Softcore League and I didn't check carefully the option: 30% P.Damage taken as Lighting damage as I assumed Legacy Lighting Coil Armor always been 40% P.Damage taken as L.Damage. Is it a bug or Legacy items may have almost the same options as the normal one ?

Is there any way to restore it ? I just felt so mad bcz I can't sell it to anyone now and everyone look at me like I'm a scammer :( .So mad !!
