Occultist of the light?

So ive just gotten the hang of CI with occultist and I am wanting to make a tank out of this with good clear speed and be endgame viable. I was thinking Lightning arrow with voltaxic rift. Since occultist does well with chaos and spreading the death across the lands. Since her explosions can cause chain reactions if you have a curse that auto hits. I feel that lightning arrow would be great fit for this since it will also be converted into chaos dmg as well. If you have any tips or ideas please let me know. I really want to make this build work.
