Ahn's heritage does not grant Onslaught on 0/0 endurance charge.
Honestly, given the specific wording of the item and the legacy of frenziless Snakebite, it's a bit underwhelming to see an item that seemed specifically designed for the same kind of interaction not work out as expected. Did you actually check your attack speed? I believe non-timed instances of buffs like Onslaught are applied directly to your stats and do not appear among your buffs. Raider's "You have Phasing while at maximum Frenzy charges" works this way, so maybe that's the case here too.

Oh wow, this shield isn't quite bad Oo.
Would be better with a 3D art though. I'm interested to know if the onslaught actually works or not. SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.
