Does anyone knows how rare it is?

Really rare considering you need 3 to get Astramentis. You are better off farming 80c for the amulet and buying it off someone.
If you are SSF, you can try and run as much quantity as you can on those maps and hope for the best, but you can maybe get 1 after another 50 runs, unless you are lucky. From what I know rarity has no effect on card drops, but quantity does, since more loot means more changes to get a card drop. |

iiq doesn't increase the drop rate in the traditional sense.
With 20% quantity, instead of 10 items dropping from a mob, you get 12. So you have 2 more chances for the card to drop. |
