For leveling i reccomend to grab tabula+cleave boom and go than we grab addfire gem with melee physical and melee physical on full life, than when we meet bf in 3 act we must already have http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Lycosidae  this and blade furry can carry you all the way to high lvl.
