[2.6] [HC] Emberwake + Taming: CI Elementalist

As we all know by default only one ignite stack can be inclicted by fire damage. We will go beyond this default playstyle and use Emberwake to stack up ignites on enemies and The Taming to benefit from those stacks. Main skill

We need to stack as many stacks of ignites as possible within a time period, that's why we will be using a combination of Ball Lightning as our main skill to achieve the maximum number of hits per second and to be able to actually inflict ignites. IMPORTANT: Note, that the damage we hit with is lightning. We use fire damage only to inflict ignites, that's why Mantra perfectly fits this build. Ignite Prolif

Another crucial part of the build is ignites proliferation. This means that if we hit a pack of N enemies each one once, then via prolif each of them gonna have N^2 ignites (resulting in more damage). This allows us to clean dense packs almost in a supersonic speed.
We will achieve this proliferation via Elementalist's passive Beacon of Ruin. Chance to ignite

Apart from Beacon of Ruin we will gonna benefit from Elementalist's Shaper of Desolation which will grant us 100% chance to ignite for 6 seconds every 14 seconds. In the rest 8 seconds our chance to ignite will be 69%.

Apep's rage is the best choice for this build: flat dmg + cast speed. Life leech is mandatory, reflect will kill you. Flasks

dood i might as well use vortex tortems and max cold to flame dmg to ignite .
the only synergy here is the synergy between your synapses crashing all at the same time |
