Bug on Shaman's Dominion?

I have a problem with this point on my flameblast totem.
I have normaly 30,95% crit chance.
When i summon a totem, the crit chance is only 35,95%.
Or my weapon have 6,80% crit chance.
And if i understand correctly "Shaman's Dominion" the crit chance must be 61,9% (Global crit chance)

No; that's working correctly.

You add Crit Chance % together.

Then you add Increased Crit Chance % together.

Then you increase the Crit Chance % by the total Increased Crit Chance %.

Your default crit chance is 5%, and a 100% increase of that is +5%.

yes but the skill point is not 100% incresead critical chance if you have summonned a totem recently, it's 100% incresead GLOBAL critical chance if you have summonned a totem recently. So the calcul may be different.

Crit chance for attack and spell are seperate. Attacks are based on your weapon, so 100% increased would add the 6.8% you have from your weapon. Flameblast has a base crit of 5% (independent of weapon), so 100% increased crit would add a flat 5% to the spell total crit chance. Global just means it applies to both spell and attack, and does not have any effect on the calculation.

I understand Crit Chance are different between attack and Spell. But in skill points, if it's only for spell, it's indicated like Doom Cast. If it's not indicated it's for both (attack and spell) like Trickery. So what is the term Global, in this case nothing, so why specify it in the node?

The word global is just there for clarity - and you could certainly make a fair argument that it's more misleading than helpful and should be removed. I don't strongly agree or disagree with that myself, but if you'd like to make the case then this is the place to do that.

The calculation does appear to be correct.

Global doesn't mean a separate multiplier. Just means it works on any skill. It's still just an "increase" like all the other increases.
