Fiery eyes ranger bug?

Hi all
Firstly I only brought the eyes to go with the celestial hood, and it seems to work fine on my friends shadow. I don't know if it's just the ranger but it doesn't seem to work.. :( is it because she is looking down slightly or? i would've thought it would work the same?   http://imgur.com/a/tVlmmhttp://imgur.com/a/tVlmm Any thoughts? I have same bug. I bought fiery eyes today especially for celestial hood and it doesn't work on my ranger. Can GGG do something with this?

Would be nice for this to be fixed in 3.0. This is a very common combination and is upsetting that only some of the classes can use it.
