Fiery eyes and Celestial hood?

So if you have both do you see the fiery eyes floating inside the hood?

It's a bit bugged. Hopefully they can sort something out.

Seems to be bugged for most people who tried it according to Reddit.

It depend's on the base Character it is used on. Ranger - Sadly no red in the Hood. Witch - Perfectly fine.
