My scold's bridle not working

its not multiplying the mana cost of my skills. im playing a scolds bridle with zerphis last breath. i cant trigger my skills as scolds bridle do not inflict any damage to me hence not triggering my CWDT. Is this a bug?

scold's + zerphis mechanics were beyond broken and being abused to crap by ppl....and it appears ur toddler response to it being fixed tells me you were one of the ones abusing it....

broken mechanics get fixed...deal with it...i dont hear too many 2 instance of bv players crying they cant use a 3 link to spin up, and the 1 cast there 6 link anymore...


but in all fairness i believe they should have left scold's alone and actually fixed zerphis....and changed "mana cost" to "mana spent" similar to what kitava's thirst has on it.... <- just my 2 cents
