Scroll bars and tablets

Hai GGG!

When browsing the forum on my iPad with iOS 10.2 (14C92), the website is for the most part excellent. However one minor issue is it is impossible to scroll through character lists as there are no scroll bars present. Having Firefox request the desktop version fixes this.

Due to how well the scroll bars work and the seeming lack of an alternative, would it be possible to add them to the mobile version of the site? It's the only thing the mobile version is missing.

I was hugely surprised by how well the mobile version works - thank you. :)
