2.6/3.0 Need build feedback

Build


This is a build i came up with and my question is will that work on hc. I trie to mitigate enemy damage threw blind in BoR (I plan to get a legacy one in Legacy League) Iron Reflexes, Unwavering Stance, Outmatch and Outlast and Blood in the Eyes as well as an IC MS setup with CWDT and ID. As this is my first own build any constructive feedback is very appreciated.
