Request for a Japanese Gateway

I am a Japanese player of PoE.
There are many more Japanese players playing this game.
They love PoE as much as I do.
Today, I want to present our one and only wish.
With the present condition, we don`t have a gateway in Japan.
Therefore, we have no choice but to connect to the gateway of Singapore at the latency of 100ms, or California at 150ms.
However, it is difficult for us to play on Lock Step, at these numbers.
Plus, with the lag, we get killed in-game unexpectedly, even though we dodge the attacks on our screen.
Almost every Japanese player is expecting to play PoE on Lock Step.
I appreciate everyone of Grinding Gear Games, who made this awesome and fantastic game.

Would love this, but I doubt there's a large enough player base in Japan. I play with 100ms on the Singapore gateway on lockstep and I personally don't notice the delay at all.

I'd like to create Japan gateway because I want to experience playing in Deterministic Lockstep mode.
