Theorycraft for 2.6.0 elemental wander low life ES Pathfinder

Hi everyone,
I am planning a build I think might be very powerful in Legacy and I want some thoughts.
The idea is coming from absurd meta build I've seen recently using Vaal Power siphon.
The mandatory items will be Crown of Eyes and Shavronne's wrappings.

For weapon it will be very good if the wand has attack speed, crit chance and triple elemental damage or double + spell damage if possible.

Auras and heralds that give flat elemental damage are priority as well as Discipline.
Utilizing flasks nodes with Pathfinder as well as all the new damage conversion notables + crit chance I think this can potentially end with massive damage.

I can't decide for attack skill, but I am thinking of Vaal Power Siphon/Kinetic blast or even Barrage with threshold jewels.
