Whatever you enjoy, really. There's nothing in HOWA's stats that lends itself to any particular skill.

As Vipermagi mentioned, Blade Flurry has terribly strong damage effectiveness, so that's probably a good choice at least for single-target. Current damage multiplier with perfect channeling is about 400%, and patch notes say this will be cut by about 15%, so it should still be about 340% weapon damage when channeling perfectly.

Based on forum buzz, I'd guess that Spectral Throw Raider is very popular with HoWA. That one seems like it would clear pretty fast; I gave it a spin for like 2 minutes on my old Whispering Ice Witch.
