What stats should I prioritize on the Inpulsa's? I had one drop, but it's only 5% on the "kill explosion". Stats are: +75 to maximum Life 50% increased Damage if you have Shocked an Enemy Recently 35% increased Effect of Shock Shocked Enemies you Kill Explode, dealing 5% of their Maximum Life as Lightning Damage which cannot Shock So is it worth using or is the 5% too low? I normally prefer life and damage after shock. I think 5% is okay because spark is already really good with area clearing.
