server drops and lost shaper portals

Hi, a minut ago server drops and I lost all shaper portals (5 remains)

I did service for this man, already did 1 shaper without problems, started 2nd and server drop, logged back no portals no sets, This is not MINE/HIS problem with connect. So i hope you will give the 4x fragments for shaper set back.
