Wheel of the Stormsail

I was looking at this unique and was wondering why put any curse effects on such a low level item. I then thought that this unique could be made more interesting by having a mod like say... curse reflect is equal to the characters total block chance or something along those lines.. and maybe a upgrade?

The curse mods seem inspired by its lore to me. Part of the whole Captain Fairgraves/Captain Jack Sparrow deal. To be honest I never noticed those mods before, seem like the self duration could be annoying without flasks of Warding, or build enabling for Shackles of the Wretched and/or Self Flagellation builds.

How would x% curse reflect work? Do you mean x% chance to reflect curse? Reflect curse at x% effectiveness?
