Will i be able to use lowered mana reservation auras from Prism Guardian Shield, while havin Necro Aegis node?

Yes. Eventhough your minions get all the stats of the shield because of Necro Aegis, the gems are still socketed in the shield and so will benefit from the reduced mana reservation of gems socketed in the shield mod.
