QUEST PROGRESS BROKEN: Breaking the Seal

Me and a friend were playing in party and he has slain Voll while I was fighting Vagan that I encountered on this map. Friend killed Voll and took the banner. I went back there and there is no gree drop. He can open the progress for his quest but my quest remains on kill Voll.
The Dried Lake is now completely empty even if I restart the game. Now I cannot progress anymore. Can somebody fix this on my char please? Image on where the drop should have happened:  Last bumped on Feb 21, 2017, 7:58:15 AM

If you haven't killed Voll and looted the banner you will need to.
Go to Highgate and find the Dried Lake portal. Hold down the Ctrl button and click on it. Choose to create a new instance, and all enemies (incl. Voll) will be alive so you can do the quest. |
