"Scouring" map from Atlas

Hello guys! I have a quick question. Is it possible to remove map from atlas? I want to run only Tier 11 Shaped Strand but I have to clear Excavation to get shaper orb. Is it possible to remove Excavation from atlas so I will drop only shaped strand?

It is.
If you trade 1 scour and um... 3 sextants of the appropriate colour you get an item (cartographer's seal) which uncompletes a map on the atlas.
