Eternal life flask of Resistance dose not work

Some of my eternal life flasks do dot not work, more specifically Eternal life flask of Resistance dose not work at all iv tried moving it around my flask slots , restating the game and changing characters it just dose not seem to want to work the only thing that dose it the sound of it being used other than that the effects do not proc and the visual effects are in the same boat please help.

Here are the 2 I have tried , i rolled the second one hoping it would work.

That means, you can never drink a life flask if at full HP (which includes CI ofc).

Not precisely correct: You can drink it if it has an immediate effect, which includes instant effects like bleed removal (but not the subsequent bleed immunity). Resistance however isn’t an immediate effect, it’s over the flask duration, so neither of the flasks they posted can be drunk at full life.
