4) leveling.. guys. you can level RF with searing bond or whatever. i know. done that. my point is: if you cannot (when you want) to level as the build untill endgame - why bother with anything but the cheeziest leveling setup available and skip the leveling progression as quickly as possible.

If you're a new player, you won't know which build is best for leveling. You hardly grasp which orb does what or how valuable they are. If you pick a build/gems because they sound fun, and your friends are in act 2 cruel while you struggle to take down Malachai normal, or when you are in a public party and you feel powerless compared to others, or even worse, are called a noob or other names for picking suboptimal build and being a burden to the party, you aren't going to have a great time playing the game.
90% of best leveling builds are some forms of life based spellcasting, while we also have melee in this game. You can make melee work at some point (dunno, 40+?), you can make CI work at some point (4+k ES), but before that you'll die again and again, not knowing what you're doing wrong. That's frustrating and may be turning some players away.

I only started this league, and PoE is great, but I only picked my leveling build to be freezing pulse by chance, then quickly got bored of it and respec into ED. If you told me that I need to spend 6-10 hours before I can even begin playing a build that I want, I wouldn't even download it.

Well, it wouldn't be exactly true, you sometimes need to spend 6-10 hours before you can even begin playing the build that you want to play.
