Question(s) about Strongboxes
1) Dangerous mods (e.g. freeze+nova) do not affect the strongbox' drops; why?
2) Opening an unidentified strongbox doesn't yield any bonuses; why? The whole aspect of "risk and reward" is missing here. Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile. Last bumped on Feb 14, 2017, 11:30:30 AM

I hate ice nova from strongboxes. It usually one-shoots me if I don't get away very fast, however the time between triggering and casting seems to vary, don't know why.
Yes, I agree with you, unidentified strongboxes should have a bonus, like unidentified maps. |

Oh crap.. i think for so long time, that unindent. boxes has better quantity, like a maps.. this is not fair!

" In my simple head, it should be pretty easy to implement a way for the game to "recognize" certain conditional combination of mods, and add certain bonuses based on said combinations. This goes towards maps too, where certain combinations are very dangerous - no matter the build. Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.
