Triple Aura with Essence Worm and Lvl 3 Enlighten

Hi there,

I'm a bit confused about the calculations for mana reservation running three auras supported by enlighten respectively essence worm.

My setup is Essence Worm with Haste reducing mana reservation for Haste from 50 % to 0 % and Dicipline and Purity of Elements supported by a Lvl 3 Enlighten reducing mana reservation by 0.92 % but increasing mana reservation by 40 % each due to Essence Worm.

According to my calculations Discpline and Purity of Elements should reserve 45 % of my mana each, but tooltip in game shows only 44 %.

What's wrong with my calculation:

(35 % + (35 / 100 * 40)) * 0.92 = 45.08 %

Do you have any reduced mana reservation on the tree or items?

Edit: nevermind, I can see that you did not. I don't know. Should be reserving 45% each according to Mikelat's aura calculator: https://poe.mikelat.com/#4_uSb/9b.yyFh/xB3l.Zh

Unrelated: If you put your auras in your vertex helm, the enlighten will gain the +1 level as well and give you a .88 mana multiplier plus the auras will get the extra level too.

Yeah, just thought about that a couple of minutes ago as well :-)
Would result in 43 %, probably gonna do that!

Still I'm wonderung if it's bug in the game calculation engine that gives me the 44 % tooltip result ...

Edit: just got lucky recoloring my helmet/gloves and switched the gems: tooltip shows 42 % mana reservation for Discipline and Purity of Elements ...

There must be something I'm missing!

35 * 0.88 = 30
30 * 0.4 = 12
30 + 12 = 42

Now that's interesting - thx for the clarification! What's pretty interesting IMHO is, that due to the rounding it makes a difference in which order calculations take effect. Suppose I have 40 % mana reservation, this would result in:

40 * 0.92 = 36.8 -> 36 % base reserve
36 * 0.4 = 14.4 -> + 14
36 + 14 = 50 % Mana reserved

Alternatively I could calculate:

40 * 0.4 = 16
40 + 16 = 56
56 * 0.92 = 51.52 -> 51 % Mana reserved (!!!)

How do/did you know Enlighten goes before Essence Worm?
