[2.5] Infernal Blow Kitava's Feast (kinda)

Build is Ngamahu's Cyclone, similar to Mathil's, but using Kitava's Feast + Infernal Blow to clear maps faster than using only Cyclone. Very good for softcore.

On minotaur you also need fortify on cyclone and armor/basalt flasks up to not die to his swing (when hit, since this guy has a lot of dodge). Gear
