The original version was completely op when released (used it for a long time) but as the game evolved the BOR became weaker and weaker compared to other items and the newer versions of BOR are just.... no, I refuse to even talk about this shit. " Not like I want to pry into other players unless asked, so I play by assumption until then. :P I have gladiator build that also uses BoR (2nd legacy, the one that still has 15% block intact), but with Wings of Entropy, so my main skill is on the weapon (Lightning Strike) while Riposte is on BoR. I use Anvil to get closer to block cap, though it is easier to spell block cap because of Gladiator. I went with Blood in the Eyes since I do not know how Outmatch and Outlast work with WoE and synergies well with Gratuitous Violence, having a higher chance of bleed proc. Overall, it is a fun build.
