SotS is rarer than a mirror no matter what steps you take to get it to drop. More valuable too as obviously it can't be mirrored, and there is nothing else in the game that grants access to exotic fish, even bow fishing.

Wear the talisman that makes you find more quantity fish and then you would get it :-)

There is no exalt recipe, datamined over every patch... Problem is that the item names or currency is like follows

There are only a few people who play this game that know the recipe. I_NO is one of them. BMBI knows the recipe as well. I tried to get BMBI to share the exalted orb recipe with me in Perandus League, and eventually he just hands me 10ex like it was no big deal. Anyone who's at the top every league knows the recipe.

The only thing I've been told is that buying the stuff on poe.xyz to make exalts is cheaper than exalts. But that the stuff required isn't always readily available. But sometimes you can load up and buy a bunch of one of the things you need, and eventually you'll acquire enough to slam a bunch of recipes at once.
