Lag in Path of Exile while watching Twitch or Youtube videos.

So recently I've been having an issue where I can't play path of exile while watching YouTube or Twitch. This hasn't always been an issue and only really appears to be a recent issue. When watching YouTube I get lag spikes in game that basically means I can't play the game.

I've uploaded two screenshots, one of sat in my hideout while no watching a steam, and the other while. As you can see the lag spikes are there when watching a stream. I don't have any issues with my connection (as far as I'm aware) and can watch multiple streams at max quality and play other games (D3 :S) while watching videos with no lag. Please HELP!

Just did a new paste bin for you as I read the guide.

Did you tried to disable Hardware Video Acceleration in your browser and\or set higher process priority for a game? This may help..

Also, you can try to tweak (for a such task like videos + gaming) your Windows by turning off QoS and Nagle.

So turning off Hardware Video Acceleration appears to have worked for watching Twtich and reduced the occurance in Youtube, so that's a start.

EDIT: Spoke too soon, still issues when watching Twitch :(

I'm not aware of any QoS settings I have enabled unless they are default windows settings?

QoS & Nagle is turned on by default. This (network-related) things is good for a streams & downloads, but maybe really bad for online gaming.

Simplest way is to use any more or less good tweaker, like Ashampoo WinOptimizer.

Also, if you use Adobe Flash in twitch, you should try to disable hardware acceleration in this plugin too (he does not use browser's settings for this).

Thank you for the suggestions, I've disabled Nagle, downloaded WinOptimizer and run it and also disabled hardware acceleration in Adobe Flash Plugin, still no joy. :(
Ok, so what resolution are you watching these videos in? might want to tone it down, as you are downloading gigs of data during the course of these videos which will effect other stuff that is online ( you wouldn't torrent while you played)

Even running the Youtube vid at 480p it causes the lag spikes.
Anyone else got anymore suggestions? I hate to say but I don't feel this is a problem with either my internet or my PC as I get no issues doing the exact same thing in other games.
Please, anyone just some suggestions. It's not been like this forever and it doesn't occur with any other game...
I have the exact same issue that you are describing above. I've searched everywhere and tried every different combination including between obs and xsplit. This only happens when streaming PoE - I can do 1600p 60fps PUBG but not 480p 30fps PoE without stutter. Xsplit shows steady fps output but twitch stutters.

Did you ever find a solution friend?
