List of future Servers/gateways

Is there are list posted somewhere of the gateways that might come online in the next year or two? The reason I ask is I play from Okinawa, Japan and cannot imagine that I am alone and the very best latency I can get during non-peak times is 120ms and 200+ when peak while connecting thru Singapore; I understand many people probably have a higher latency but I also know many people play with super low latencies.

A Korea server would be a nice compromise if a Japan based server is on in the horizon.

SG is, as far as i know, still suffering a fibre cut which is causing heavy traffic though the working lines around about it...it's supposed to be fixed come the end of February
