(2.5.2.D) Reave Duelist Looking for some improvement!

First of all i would like to say that it is the first time i post on this site so i will do my best to be clear. I look forward to hearing from you if there is any missing details about my build so you can help me improve it.

I just came back from a long pause of POE and lot of things are still a mystery to me. I build this character at first by using the guide of DevILL: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1404414

R: Increase duration

R: Cast when damage taken lvl 18
R: Molten Shell
R: Empower

Chest:

G: Reave
R: Weapon elemental damage
R: Multistrick
R: Melee physical damage
B: Physical to lightning
B: Increase area of effect

Boots:

G: Faster attack
G: Whirlwind blade
R: Blood magic
R: Fortify

Wep 1:

G: Blood rage
R: Portal
G: Ice Golem

Wep 2:

G: Vaal Haste (Damage burst)
R: Herald of ash (Accelerate clear when don't need Artic armor)
G: Hatred


I know that my gear and defense is not optimized but what should i change and in what order?
