Gem upgrade vanish

Ok yesterday and today i saw that two gems vanished at this picture is only one gem to see which vanished because i upgraded the other one already from inventory. Because you can see all gems to upgrade in inventory but not on the right side under the map.
My immortal call is here but my cast when damage taken not.
In this case its good that i don t see the gem because its a little bit annyoing but for beginners or guys which lvl gems its not good when the gems vanish on the right side. and second picture

Is the nummber important when i press /bug in game? when yes let me know i will make new screenshots and nummber and ... let me know what you need :D

You "dismiss" the gem on your screen by right clicking but they always are still below your open inventory. If you level one from your inventory screen, the next time it will be back on your main screen. People often don't want to see them there especially if they can't be leveled because of requirements not met, so they hide them.

You've dismissed the HUD notification for the current gem level up. People do this so the HUD items don't clutter the screen (sometimes you don't want to level up a Gem and increase its requirements/mana cost.
