Character stuck by invironmental object

I simply can't go through the door in that direction, no matter moving or using moving skills.
And this is a Villa map. The door is the only way to go in, and I can't go to the inner area.
This is not the first time this issue comes up. While leveling, I also got stuck in a Sceptre of God instance with similar environment. That time I thought it's just an accident and I ignored it.
Not a big problem but still like to see the game more perfect.
English is not my native language and hope I make myself clear.
