I have the same issue but tried to solve it myself by the following:
Press "P" to open the passive tree Click "Menu" and choose "Option" Then change the display mode to "DirectX 11 Beta" and restart the game It helps solve the problem now, but I hope GGG could fix it as soon as possible |

Agreed, a fix to this would be much better, doubt it would take much for them to resolve, just telling the game by default to run in DirectX 11 Beta would do it! we shall see Thank you again AA |

This fixed it for me:
Go to Documents\My Games\Path of Exile\ and open production_Config.ini then change these options to: directx_version=11 dx11_antialias_mode=2 |

so.. no Ggg response yet? cant play at directx11 so no more breaches foe me?
