What Builds Use a Drillneck?

I rolled a nearly perfect Drillneck with +1 Arrow last night and I've been thinking about using it instead of selling it.

I've never done a bow build, I was looking at Crit KOTF. Are there any others that are in the same tier? Or better?

A reach of the council build using Lightning arrow + barrage.

Depends on what you want. There's nothing in the same tier as poison for endgame single target damage. Maybe ignite, but it's hard to do big ignites with a bow, unless you have a mirror tier bow maybe.
For lower tier content there are a lot of builds that love Drillneck. Doomfletch's Prism, Null's Inclination, oldschool Harbinger Bow with your favorite bow skill etc.
