Server 15sec lag , it cost to me 6 exalts WTF?

19 January , i come home . run PoE , open map "Perandus Manor" whan i joined on it after 5 second server have largest lag in my life and i got disconect , same as my 6 friends . i wieting 30 sec and make reconect.

But what happends ? Map was closed ! no TP . That was not my problem , that was some lag or bug on server . who gives me back that map ?

GGG doesn't "refund" such things. I'm afraid you just lose.
