Scourge Claw + Rampage

Rampage grants the following:

In addition to the tier effects, the character gains the following stats:
1% increased Movement Speed per 10 Rampage Stacks
2% increased Damage per 10 Rampage Stacks
####Minions deal 2% increased Damage per 10 Rampage Stacks###
Minions gain 1% increased Movement Speed per 10 Rampage Stacks

Testing this shows me that the Scourge is not granting additional damage based on the increased minion damage per rampage stack. This seems like a bug, or is it intended?

I think its not "2% increased Minion Damage" for you.
Its propably "2% increased Damage" for your minions.
