Cheapest Way to get a RRBBB Linked Staff?

From what I saw. Is the easiest way to get a base staff from poe.trade for one fusing orb. Then you can buy an Essence of Deafening Rage for about 4 chaos from poe.trade as well and use that on it?

I want it to have a +2 to sockeed fire gems.

You want a 5L staff? Or a 6L staff? The Flora's Gift divination card set drops readily in tier 1 maps (Jungle Valley), and should take no time to farm up (like... 4-5 maps probably at most). The easiest way to guarantee +2 fire gems, yes is an Essence, but you can use a Shrieking Essence of Rage. Doesn't have to be the highest one (deafening) for +2 fire.

Getting 2R3B on a staff is very easy as well, as they want to roll red and blue sockets (int and strength requirements)
