Hey everyone, first time writing up a build guide on these forums so I'll probably get all the coding wrong. Youre welcome.
Note: this is somewhat of a meme build, its not intended to do all content, its just a bit of fun. Also somewhat expensive. Also as the title suggests, it lags, a lot. Thanks for reading through this. If there is any questions or something I did not explain/clarity well enough please tell me and I shall explain. How?
So basically scourge increases minion damage, which increases both the damage of dominating blow and our minion army. This allows for high minion damage stacking through jewels, nodes and the necromancer ascendancy. With the addition of all the damage auras (wrath, hatred, haste, anger) and necromancer asendancy passives increasing both the damage of dominating blow and our minions. It's easy enough to reach enough dps to 1 shot white mobs, and the dominated mobs just carry the rest of the map. Im sitting at 10k dps, goes up to 20-30k or so when flasks/buffs are active, and its easily enough dps to take care of white mobs. Haven't taken this build past t11's yet but I assume the dps should still be sufficient.
Quick Build Description
Low Life with 5 auras
Uses 6L Shavs, Presense of Chayula Dominating Blow to 1 shot white mobs Only need to use dominating blow once on blue/rare mobs to revive them assuming your minion army kills them fast enough Whirling Blades Dual Wield Scourge Claws
Items
Rings
I just used whatever resistance ring base you need to cap resists and threw on an screaming essence of fear. Costed 2c each effectively. They could be improved significantly but you want the essence of fear for minion movement speed. Its not necessary but it helps.
Amulet
Gives too much ES to pass up. Stun immunity. Chaos res. The only amulet for a lowlife build. This isn't really a budget build
Weapons
I am currently dual wielding scourges due to the 70% minion damage. A shield may be necessary for higher tier maps as I am sitting at 6k ES, but I rarely get hit due to minion army.
Helmet
I do not like using this helmet. Passes up a 400 base ES helmet just for the reduced mana reserved. You need 2 level 4 enlightens to remove this helmet, or a skyforth. Can drop 1 aura and use an ES helmet instead I guess.
Shavronne's Wrappings
No other option. 6L is very helpful, but could probably get away with a 5L.
Belt
Just as high ES as you can get, and resists help too.
Gloves and Boots
This is a lowlife build that has no shield or ES helmet so 80% of base ES comes from these two. Just get as high ES as you can.
Flasks
Dying Sun makes dominating blow hit more targets = more minions. Vinktars = shock enemy = 30% more damage. Other flasks make no difference. Can play this build with just those two and nothing else. Don't even need a bleed flask tbh.
Passive Tree
Leveling
Level as something else and respec at 80+. This build has a 6L shavs and presence of chayula, regret orbs are cheap compared to that.

The main passives required are all the reduced mana reserved and both skill effect duration scion nodes. Ghost reaver/vaal pact helps a bit. The next important nodes would be the AoE at witch, ES nodes and claw damage nodes. I picked up some mana nodes as I only had 140mana left and dominating blow costs 85 so it was kinda awkward to use. Now at 216 and its fine. Can just get mana on gear instead.
Jewels
Minion damage, ES% and resists. Physical damage is bad as it doesnt scale minion damage.

Gem links in order of priority Dominating blow - Increased Duration - Melee Splash - Increased Area of Effect - Minion Speed - Minion damage 3R3B - use voricci 3R for 120chromes on Shavronne's Wrappings
Auras
As we summon so many minions don't need to worry about them dying so resistance and armor/evasion auras are useless. Can only fit 5 auras into this build comfortably.
Alphas Howl: Hatred - Haste - Anger - Enlighten (lv2) Boot/Gloves: Blood Magic (lv16+) - Discipline - Wrath - Enlighten (lv2) If both enlightens are level 4 then alphas howl can be swapped for an ES helmet (recommended setup, I just don't have 2 level 4 enlightens right now. I think you can get away with 1 level 4 and 1 level 3 with a level 21 blood magic)
Other Gems
