Found insane rolled amulet, vaaled into +1 curse PC please

listing it for around 22ex for now until someone else tells me otherwise

So any thoughts on this? i never seen anything like this before, even raised my dps by 3k on my voltaxic build from another decent amulet.
My only fear is that there isnt a build that utilises multiple curses and has a crit variant, all i can think of is essence drain but that doesnt crit either.

Please help me define this abomination
